At Divine Designs & Events, we offer custom packages for all of our clients based on their preferences, budget, and overall vision. While we have pre-set planning packages listed below, we can curate a custom package with specific services and add-ons to become exactly what our clients need. Whether you want help executing the wedding that you've imagined since you were young or you need assistance putting together that annual corporate party - we're here to do it all and we'll design a package that fits your event specifically.
Our job is to make the process as stress free as possible while you bring your dream event to life and that starts with providing you the exact help that you need to make that vision a reality.
We offer a complimentary consultation for all potential clients to discuss your event and each of our packages in depth so that we can create the option that works best for YOU.
Full Planning
Our Full Planning package is the most inclusive that we offer. With this package, we work with you every step of the way to create the event that you've spent months and years envisioning - there is no task outside our realm of feasibility!
From the initial ideation of this event, whether that be an engagement or the decision to host a celebration, to its execution and full completion, we assist with any and every task along the way. This particular package enables you to provide all of the insight and instruction for your event and our team handles ALL of the details. From vendor communication, venue layouts, design details, production timelines, and so much more - we manage it all and just leave you to share an initial vision, if you have one, and the overall approval.
Our job is to make our client's celebration come to life in the exact way they pictured, without experiencing the daily stress on those tiny details. We thrive in the depths of design and production and this package allows us to handle that execution from start to finish - all you have to do is show up to the celebration!
Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning package is a perfect combination of hands-on coordination from our clients with in-depth assistance from our experienced planning team. This service enables our clients to receive monthly to-do lists to ensure that they are on schedule with their tasks, while still having access to direct oversite from our Divine Designs & Events team.
With this package, we provide our clients with vendor recommendations, review vendor contracts, and still manage all execution when the event draws near to relieve any stress before our clients even experience it. While this package is less inclusive than our Full Planning option, it is perfect for the clients that like to handle most of the logistics, but need that extra assistance to stay on track and manage the important, minute details.
Our job is to ensure that our clients know how to not only create the event that they're envisioning, but to do so with limited stress and interactive assistance from our team. We aim to provide any and all insight that we have to allow your event to run smoothly and we still take over the reigns for that final onsite execution when the time comes. This package allows for the perfect amount of assistance from our team to execute the event that you spent months working towards!
Month of Coordination
Our Month of Coordination package can be the perfect compliment to your event. With this package, our clients manage the initial planning and logistics of their event, but we offer assistance along the way to ensure that everything stays on track before we step in to take the lead just a few months prior to execution.
With this service, we draft a planning timeline for our clients to follow, provide vendor recommendations for those not already selected, send reminder emails with upcoming tasks to be completed, and much more. This package is the perfect selection for clients that prefer to manage most of the planning on their own, with minimal guidance along the way, but who need someone to execute their well-thought out plans when the time comes.
As the event approaches, we take over vendor communication, develop and finalize an event timeline, and manage the set-up, duration, and breakdown of your event so that you can focus on enjoying it! With all of the time that you've spent creating the aesthetic and vision, we work to ensure that your event is fully brought to life for you to savor in it, stress-free.
Day of Coordination
Our Day of Coordination package is one of the most popular selections for our clients. With this package, our clients handle all of the coordination and logistical planning leading up to the event and our team manages the onsite execution to ensure that everything goes exactly as planned!
While this package is a bit more "hands-off" at the event initiation, it becomes a critical factor in the final few months leading up to the big day. As the event approaches, our team takes over vendor communication to confirm final logistics; creates, finalizes, and distributes an event timeline; leads a venue walk through; manages the onsite set-up, duration, and breakdown aspects for the event; and much more!
This package is perfect for the clients that prefer to do the initial research and planning themselves, but who need someone to take over and ensure that their vision is brought to life just as they've imagined it. Our job is to take the the months of time and dedication that you put into this event and create it just as you envisioned, without you having to worry about a thing. You've spent hours and hours working on those details, we want to make sure that you get the chance to enjoy it all!
Additional Services
While we offer many different packages to our clients, we know that those might not be suitable for everyone and we want to provide the exact package that fits YOU. We work with each client to custom curate the package that best suits their needs and we are always flexible - we want to make this process as easy for you as we can!
For our clients that want to handle all of the pre-event planning themselves, but want some additional assistance with design - we'd recommend our Day of Coordination package with the addition of our Design Service. What if the Partial Planning package feels right to you, but you desperately want some guidance in formatting an event budget? You can add our Budget Service to that Partial Planning package to fit exactly what you need.

While we coordinate all types of events (though our favorite type might secretly be weddings...), we also offer additional services outside of Weddings alone. We can design your wedding website, coordinate your bridal shower, manager your bachelor/bachelorette party, & more.
